Christmas cartoons are as an important a holiday tradition as candy canes and mistletoe. Some of us remember before cable TV and DVD, when we could watch Christmas shows but once a year. A rumor would go through the classroom that "Charlie Brown" or "The Grinch" would be on that night. Kids would rush home, hoping to get dibs on the TV channel knob. Woe to you if a dad or an older sibling got there first and refused to change the channel. You were stuck till next year. And that's if you had a TV.
